This blog site was initially created to display my artwork for faraway family and friends.  If you have happened upon this site by accident or via another link, you are most certainly welcome!   I am honored to have been selected to be the resident artist at Sapelo Island National Estuarine Research Reserve through 2009, and my first showing of this work was at the Ritz Theater in downtown Brunswick in September of 2009.  Look for more Sapelo work at the Saint Simons Island Library in January ‘10 and “in the swamp” at the Waycross Library in February ‘10.  I’m also proud that some of my Downtown Brunswick series is on display at True Vine Wine & Gourmet, an eco-friendly shop here in town.  By the way, much of the work you see on this site is for sale, and I am also available for commission.  Is there a personal photograph or outdoor scene that you’ve always wanted painted?  Or would you like a charcoal portrait of your pet?   I will work with you to accomplish your desired result.  Enjoy!
